Informative and has good recipes.
There is something very wrong in the kindle version's layout / formatting and content - sorry! Several times in the sample alone, a line stops abruptly for no clear reason, disappears, and takes the rest of the idea that was being expressed with it. A few empty line breaks away you find a not-quite-closely related chunk of text start up. I'd almost think it was avant-garde cookbook design if I hadn't spent so much time with the other volumes in this (wonderful, generous, inspiring) series.
